These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the CatWalk Spinal Cord Injury Trust’s online store (“Website”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
CatWalk is a registered New Zealand charity dedicated to curing spinal cord injury. All proceeds from sales of The Horsemakers support spinal cord injury research and related initiatives.

We sell The Horsemakers (“the Book”) via this Website. We aim to describe and display our products accurately, but colours or images may vary slightly due to printing or screen differences.

5. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect orders. Please choose carefully before confirming your purchase.
If your Book arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at info@catwalk.org.nz. We may request photos or return of the item. If confirmed faulty, we will replace it at no cost or issue a refund at our discretion, in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
6. Donations & Use of Funds
All profits from The Horsemakers go directly toward CatWalk’s charitable mission to fund world-class spinal cord injury research.
Book purchases are not tax-deductible donations, as you receive a product in return. If you wish to make a tax-deductible donation, please visit CatWalk.org.nz.
