1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the CatWalk Spinal Cord Injury Trust’s online store (“Website”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

 

CatWalk is a registered New Zealand charity dedicated to curing spinal cord injury. All proceeds from sales of The Horsemakers support spinal cord injury research and related initiatives.

2. Product Information

We sell The Horsemakers (“the Book”) via this Website. We aim to describe and display our products accurately, but colours or images may vary slightly due to printing or screen differences.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST.

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • Full payment is required at checkout.

  • Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, and other options shown at checkout.

  • Orders will be processed once payment has cleared.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver within New Zealand and internationally (where available).

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 5 business days of payment.

  • We deliver within New Zealand. For international sales, please contact Chris Lovelady chris@catwalk.org.nz.

  • Estimated delivery within New Zealand: 3–7 working days

  • Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays once items are lodged with postal or courier services.

5. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect orders. Please choose carefully before confirming your purchase.

If your Book arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at info@catwalk.org.nz. We may request photos or return of the item. If confirmed faulty, we will replace it at no cost or issue a refund at our discretion, in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

6. Donations & Use of Funds

All profits from The Horsemakers go directly toward CatWalk’s charitable mission to fund world-class spinal cord injury research.


Book purchases are not tax-deductible donations, as you receive a product in return. If you wish to make a tax-deductible donation, please visit CatWalk.org.nz.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1  Information We Collect

When you purchase from our Website, we collect:

  • Payment details (processed securely by our payment provider)

  • Any messages or notes you include with your order
